Press the "PrtScn/SysRq" key (located on the top right corner of your keyboard) to capture a screenshot image of your screen.
Open Microsoft "Paint" or another imaging application
To access ‘Paint’ click on ‘Start’ Menu > ‘All Programs’ > ‘Accessories’ > ‘Paint’.
Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard (or right click and select "Paste") to paste the screenshot into the "Paint" application.
"Save" the file to your computer and ensure that the format being saved is either a *.jpeg, *.gif, or *.png.
On a Mac, press the following keys simultaneously: "Command," "Shift" and "3". Your Mac will capture the entire screen and saves it as a file on your desktop.
Capturing a screenshot on an Android device can be done one of two ways (depending on the device type)
Simultaneously holding down the ‘Volume Down’ and ‘Power’ keys
Simultaneously holding down the ‘Home’ and ‘Power’ keys
The image will be saved in your photo gallery.
To take a screenshot with an iOS device, press the "Home" and "Screen Lock" buttons simultaneously.
The image will be saved in your camera roll.
